How are you today? At the end of the day I’m going to the gym, so I was thinking about best things to eat after a workout.

  1. Oua (eggs)

Am spus NU prima data insa sunt gustosi. II bagati la cuptor, timp de 40 de minute si ii asezonati cu un sos de usturoi.

I didn’t like the ideea for the first time but then I realized that they are awesomeee. Place on top rack of oven and roast until tender and slightly browned, about 40 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with fresh garlic sauce.

Evident nu? Desi este evident, toata lumea face aceeasi greseala (Inclusiv eu). Pentru a te simti in forma, poti adauga vitamine : capsuni, afine etc.

This one may seem obvious, but failure to hydrate properly is a common exercising mistake. To feel great and stay energized, you should add strawberry, bluberries etc.

7. Mananca. (Most important: EAT SOMETHING)

Organismul mananca foarte multa energie dupa un antrenament, iar daca nu manancati, muschii nu se pot reface corect. Pe scurt toata munca ar fi in zadar.

Your body uses a lot of energy during a workout. If you don’t replenish it within an hour or two after finishing, your muscles won’t properly recover and your hard work could go to waste.
